Caravan2Cash — caravan and motorhome buyers

How selling your caravan or motorhome works

In short: you send us the details of your vehicle, we review them and then phone you with a valuation. No figure is shown online. If you accept, we handle the paperwork and arrange collection.

  1. 1. Tell us about your vehicle

Complete the online valuation request: what you are selling, its specification, its condition, photographs and your postcode. It takes a few minutes and you can do it entirely from a phone.

  2. 2. We call you with your valuation

You will not see a figure on screen. Our buying team reviews your details and then phones you to talk through a valuation for your caravan or motorhome, so you can ask questions and we can check anything we need to. There is no obligation to accept.

  3. 3. Complete the sale and arrange collection

If you accept, we confirm the paperwork needed, agree the details with you and arrange collection of the vehicle. Payment is arranged directly with you at the point of collection, and we will confirm the exact method and timing when we agree the sale.

What we ask you for

  • What you're selling: touring caravan or motorhome.
  • The specification: manufacturer, model, year, berth, and mileage for motorhomes.
  • The condition, including damp readings, damage, known faults and service history.
  • Photographs — optional, but they make a valuation far more accurate.
  • The postcode where the vehicle is kept, so collection can be planned.
  • How to reach you, and how you prefer to be contacted.

What happens at inspection

An inspection confirms the vehicle matches the details you gave us: identity and documentation, condition inside and out, damp readings, and mechanical condition for motorhomes. Accurate information up front is the single best way to avoid surprises at this stage.

Paperwork you'll usually need

  • Proof of ownership.
  • CRiS registration document for a touring caravan, or the V5C for a motorhome.
  • Service records and habitation service records where you have them.
  • Handbooks, keys, and warranty documents if applicable.
  • A finance settlement figure if there is outstanding finance.

Before collection is booked we confirm with you, in writing, how payment will be made, when it will be sent, what the inspection on the day covers, and how any outstanding finance will be settled. Nothing about money or paperwork is left to be decided on the doorstep.
