Our commitments to sellers
These are commitments about how we behave, not promises about outcomes. We do not claim to beat every price or to be the highest bidder — we tell you how we work so you can decide whether it suits you.
No valuation dropped on the doorstep without a reason
If what we see differs materially from what was described, we explain exactly what changed and why it affects the figure. If nothing has changed, the figure does not change.
No obligation and no pressure
You can stop at any point, including after a valuation and including on the day of collection. There is no fee for changing your mind and we do not chase people who say no.
We explain how we reached the figure
Specification, condition, documentation, market demand for that model and layout. You are told which of those moved the number, so you can judge the offer for yourself.
Paperwork done properly
Ownership records, CRiS or V5C details and a written record of the sale, so the vehicle is clearly no longer your responsibility once it leaves.
Your details used only for your enquiry
We do not sell or pass your details to third-party buyers or lead brokers. Full detail is in our privacy notice.
Only verified reviews published
Every review on this site is tied to a sale we can identify in our own records, and is published with the seller's permission.
What we deliberately do not claim
- We do not claim to guarantee the highest price available anywhere.
- We do not publish averages, percentages or figures we cannot evidence.
- We do not present our guides as legal, tax or financial advice.
- We do not display accreditations, memberships or awards we do not hold.
If something goes wrong
Tell us. Our complaints process sets out who looks at it, what we will do and how long it should take. You can reach our buying team on 07729 331999.
How our guides are written
Our editorial standards for every guide and FAQ on this site.
- Guides are written by our buying team from first-hand experience of inspecting, valuing and collecting touring caravans and motorhomes.
- Where a guide touches on registration, finance or probate, we describe the process we follow and point you to the official source rather than paraphrasing the law.
- We do not publish price figures, averages or percentages we cannot evidence.
- We do not present general guidance as legal, tax or financial advice.
- Pages are reviewed when the process they describe changes, and the review date is shown on the page.
