Leave a review
If you have sold a caravan or motorhome to us, we would like to hear how it went — the parts that worked and the parts that did not. We publish critical reviews too.
We use your email address only to match your review to the sale in our records. It is never published and never used for marketing.
What happens to your review
- We invite a review only after a sale has completed, so every reviewer is a genuine seller.
- Before publishing, we match the review to the transaction in our own records: vehicle, region and month of sale.
- We publish the seller's own words. We correct obvious typing errors and nothing else — we never rewrite sentiment.
- We publish critical reviews as well as positive ones, and we do not remove a review because we disagree with it.
- We only shorten a review at the reviewer's request, or to remove personal information such as an address.
- Reviewers are not paid, and no incentive of any kind is offered in exchange for a review.
- A review is removed if the reviewer asks us to remove it, or if we cannot verify the sale behind it.
- Star ratings and aggregate ratings appear on this site only once a genuine set of rated reviews exists.
